We recommend the following guidelines to be followed and are not responsible for any damages, injuries or deaths that may occur from operating this machinery.
*ATV’s-OPERATOR USE ONLY. PASSENGERS PROHIBITED. NEVER CARRY PASSENGERS
*Adult supervision and instruction are required. We recommend that you take an approved training course. ATV’s are not toys; they are a piece of machinery.
*NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER
CERTAIN AGES (See age recommendations below)
*This vehicle is designed and manufactured for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. Operation on public streets, roads and/or highways is illegal. (Review Local, State and Federal Laws). Another vehicle could hit you, resulting in injury or death.
*ALWAYS WEAR AN APPROVED HELMET and other protective equipment.
*Do not operate this vehicle after consuming or under the influence of ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
*Gasoline is flammable. Shut off engine and allow it to cool, avoid sparks and open flames when refueling.
*Read owner’s manual completely and carefully before operating. Keep owner’s manual with vehicle.
RECOMMENDED ATV AGE RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES:
Not recommended for use if child is under the age of 6 years old.
Age 6 and older: Under 70cc’s with adult supervision.
Age 12 and older: 70cc - 90cc’s with adult supervision.
Age 16 and older: Over 90cc’s at individuals own responsibility/risk.
The only warranties applying to this vehicle are those offered by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the vehicle. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages. Any and all warranties are at the soul discretion of manufacturer.
