HYOSUNG MOTORS WARRANTY
(1) WARRANTY PERIOD All 2005 and newer Hyosung motorcycles and scooters comes with a 2 year unlimited mileage, tire to tire, transferable warranty. All 2005 and newer Hyosung offroad cycles and atv’s come with a 1 year, tire to tire, unlimited mileage warranty. As an expressed condition of this warranty, all units must be operated in accordance with the operating instructions stated in the Hyosung Motors owners’ manual. All units must also follow the service and maintenance schedule located in the owners’ manual. (2) The owner should obtain and pay for necessary labor and scheduled replacement of parts during the periodic maintenance checks, and keep accurate service records. (3) WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY This warranty does not cover any vehicle which has been subject to misuse, negligence, alterations, accidents, abuse, or abnormal use, which shall include, but not limited to: A- Installation of non-Hyosung Genuine parts B- Renting C- Disassembly, adjusting or repairing of the motorcycle in any way as to adversely affect its safety or reliability. D- Use in competition or racing This warranty does not cover loss of use of the motorcycle, loss of time, inconvenience, or other consequential damage which includes, but not limited to personal property or expense of returning damaged units to an authorized Hyosung dealer. Also not covered is normal wear and deterioration, caused by the use of the vehicle. Such items as spark plugs, filters, contact points, brushes, fuses, clutch plates, sprockets, drive chain, brake pads or shoes, lamp bulbs, battery, tires and tubes, wheel spokes, tappet shims and all rubber parts (except oil seals). (4) WARRANTY REPAIRS This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. Any parts replaced under warranty becomes the property of Hyosung Motors. The repair or replacement of defective parts under warranty must be made by an authorized Hyosung Motors Service Center. Hyosung Genuine parts must be used to replace any defective parts under warranty. When a part is to be replaced under warranty, the smallest subassembly possible as shown in parts catalog must be used. Parts repaired or replaced under warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period of the unit. (5) DESIGN CHANGE Hyosung Motors has the right at any time to make design and or specification changes to any Hyosung product or products without notice and obligation to make any such changes or similar changes on previously manufactured units. American Lifan Industry, lnc Warranty Policy

 

 

Warranty Policy American Lifan Industry, lnc. And its distributors are committed to providing excellent after sales service through swift warranty processing All warranty claims should be mailed or faxed to American Lifan and/or its distributors and will be processed within I 5 to 20 days of receipt. A warranty registration card needs to be on file with American Lifan Industry, Inc. and/or its distributors before a warranty claim can be processed .Warranty registration card must be received within seven days from the date of purchase. No warranty card will be accepted unless all the requested information is supplied, or if submitted after 30 days for date of purchase. American Lifan Industry, Inc. and/or its distributors will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have Warranty registration cards on file, it's the dealer's responsibility to double check the warranty card inside the crate and ensure it is mailed back to American Lifan, in case card missing, report to American Lifan within 3 days. Claims are to be submitted within 30 days from the date of repair. Any claim submitted after the 30-day grace period is subject to denial. Note: No claim will receive consideration if submitted after 60 days from the date of repair, and authorization from American Lifan Industry Inc, is a must before acting the repair which will results in warranty parts or labor reimbursement. Warranty starts from the date of purchase by any consumers for all American Lifan Industry, Inc. products. The follow furg parts are covered under warranty, along with their warranted period: Mechanical Parts: Engine, transmission, drive train, carburetor, front shocks, Rear shock and chain 6 Months or 3,000 miles Rectifier, ignition coil, switch, main wire, fuel system, starter relay and CDI modules Body Parts: 3 Months Plastics, moldings or body covers are not covered under warranty. Shipping and Labor: All products come with free shipping of warranty parts for a claim 30 days of retail sale. Warranty labor will be reimbursed at $40.00/ hour or as directed by state regulation, warranty labor for 2007 model only, no warranty labor to be claimed on 2004 model. Note: lf there is shipping damage to your unit; you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the unit in question. Dealer must submit pictures of the damaged parts by mail to American Lifan Industry, Inc. or its distributors. Note: Absolutely no warranty for consumable and normal wear items such as spark plugs, light bulbs, lubricants, air filters, hoses, brake shoes, tires/tubes, battery, or problems occurring due to lack of professional assembly, scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse, Any and all modifications lo the vehicle will void the manufacturer's warranty. Defective parts are subject to be recalled by American Lifan Industry, lnc. and are required to be held by the dealer for ninety days. Red Cat Motors Warranty Information

 

 

Warranty Information Standard Warranty ATV's - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. Motorcycles above 50cc - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. Motorcycles under 50cc / Scooters / Carts - 3 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, brakes, batteries and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. We stock a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; you must first send us the part and we will replace it within 2 days if we have stock. If we do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported from Asia, which could take up to 1-3 weeks. Our ATVs and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the Motorcycle or ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. REDCAT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE.CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
